Biography
Fallone is Director of the Medical Physics at the Cross Cancer Institute, and the University of Alberta. Prior he was Faculty at McGill University and University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Centre. He has directly supervised 80 graduate students, 25 medical physics residents, co-authored over 210 peer-reviewed articles, 90 peer-reviewed proceedings and chapters, 313 abstracts, 306/271 posters/conferences, 110 invited conferences, and 10 patents. He is recipient of $ 60M in research funds. He has received numerous international awards: most notably being Knighthood to the Order of Merit, Italy (highest recognition in Italy) for his contributions to cancer research.
